Todd Hagen is the Principal Engineer of the Guest Experience Center at Target, where they lead a team focused on fostering innovation and intrapreneurship. With over 25 years of experience in integrating business, design, and technology, they have guided projects in emerging technology and product development. Prior to their current role, Todd held several positions at Target, including Business Analyst and Senior Manager for Technology Integration, as well as leadership roles at Conseco, Best Buy, and Musicland in eCommerce and technology operations. Todd graduated with a BS from St. Cloud State University.
