Todd Sande has extensive experience in client support and operations management within the technology sector, currently serving as the Manager of the Client Support Center for Target since August 2008. In this role, Todd leads specialized teams focused on Electronic Data Interchange and Email Messaging, while also mentoring 14 Genesys Works students. Previous roles at Target include Operations Leader for the ECSC and Email Messaging Teams, Operations Leader for the Special Care Team, Team Lead, and Client Support Leader.
