Tracy Butts

Tracy Butts is a seasoned operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Target since April 2020, specializing in an Upstream Distribution Center. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager, Production Controller, and Fulfillment Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations in outbound and inbound fulfillment departments. Previous tenure at ALORICA CUSTOMER CARE, INC. spanned from January 2010 to July 2015, culminating in the role of Client Services Operations Director, which involved managing a 400-person team and driving performance enhancements. Tracy holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics and a Master's in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Oakwood University.
