Vianna MacRae

Vianna MacRae is the Lead Business Partner for Store Operations Fulfillment at Target. They previously served as a Store Director and held various positions, including Store Team Leader and Executive Team Lead, where they managed daily operations and led a team of over 150 members. Prior to Target, Vianna worked as Operations Supervisor at Mulligan Family Fun Center, overseeing a team of 80 associates and ensuring operational efficiency. They earned a degree in Race and Ethnic Studies and Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
