Victoria Barcelo

Victoria Barcelo, MSHRM, is an HR and operations leader with a focus on building high-performing teams and culture-driven talent strategies. They gained experience through roles such as Admissions Recruiting Intern at Gordon College and Store Executive Intern at Target, where they developed skills in leadership, communication, and logistics. Victoria also served as a Law Intern at Casey & Lundregan P.C. and worked as Front Desk Administrator at Bella Collina San Clemente, further honing their business acumen. Currently, Victoria is pursuing a Master's degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development at Louisiana State University.
