Victoria Lin

Victoria Lin is an accomplished design professional with over two decades of experience in the fashion industry, currently serving as Lead Designer at Target since 2011. Lin specializes in multicultural and inclusive products for apparel, accessories, and home, with a history of launching innovative collections, including Target's first plus-sized intimates line and a successful home decor collaboration. Previous leadership roles include Director of Design & Development at Kiki de Montparnasse, where high-end lingerie and loungewear were created for luxury retailers, and Vice President of Design at Pfiff Lingerie, focused on diverse sleepwear collections. Lin's career highlights also include significant contributions at Nick & Nora and other fashion entities since the early 2000s. Lin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
