Victoria Ross

Victoria Ross is an experienced leader with a diverse background in higher education, youth development, and retail. They have held significant roles including Executive of Human Resources at Target, where they championed change and fostered inclusive talent strategies. Victoria earned a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communications from Liberty University and previously worked as a Graduate Student Assistant at the University of Lynchburg and a Youth Development Specialist at the Boys and Girls Club of York County. With skills in event planning, guest service, and public speaking, they are passionate about serving and leading others.
