Will Neason

Will Neason is a dedicated and service-oriented human resource executive currently leading store-wide HR operations at Target. They previously held various roles within Target, including Executive Team Leader for Service & Engagement and Human Resources, where they managed a team of over 55 members and promoted team member development. Additionally, Will completed a Business Leadership Internship at GEICO, collaborating on solutions for business challenges. Will graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in Voice and Opera and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Leadership and Management.
