William Rice

William Rice is currently the Director of Program Management for the Food Supply Chain at Target, where they lead the Program Management Office for the Engineering and Optimization team. With over six years of experience in the retail sector, William began their career at Cub Foods as a Produce Team Member and has since held various roles at Target, including Senior Business Analyst for Perishables. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Outside of work, they are a third-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, which has instilled principles of discipline and empathy that they apply within their team.
