Kelli Kemp

Kelli Kemp has been working in the social services field for over 25 years. Kelli started their career at Sykesville Eldercare Center in 1990 as the Director of Admissions & Social Services. Kelli then moved to Target Community & Educational Services in 1995, where they have been ever since. In their current position as the Director of Social Services & Autism Waiver, they oversee all social service programs and staff for Target Community & Educational Services.

Kelli Kemp earned a Master's degree in Human Services Management/Special Education from McDaniel College. Kelli also holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work/Gerontology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Their manager is Tom Zirpoli, President & CEO. They work with Bernice Addo - Director, Personal Supports, Montgomery County, Morgan Nickoles - Director of Day Services, and Lisa Daigle - Director, Personal Supports, Carroll County.
