Andy Waggoner has extensive work experience, starting in 1996 as a Customer Service Associate at National Bankcard Association. From 1999 to 2010, they worked as an IT Director & FSO at Kaizen Staffing. In 2010, they joined TargetCW as the CTO and FSO.
Andy Waggoner attended Nampa Senior High School from 1993 to 1995. After completing high school, they enrolled at Azusa Pacific University from 2003 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership & Development.
