Natalie Dugger

Natalie Dugger has extensive work experience in account management and community management. Natalie started their career in 2008 as a Community Manager at MG Properties, where they managed community operations. In 2010, they joined TCWGlobal (formerly TargetCW) as a Senior Lead Account Manager, responsible for managing client accounts. Over the years, they progressed to become the Director of Account Management, overseeing the implementation of staffing solutions for temporary workers and contractors. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Global Account Management- Community at TCWGlobal, where they continue to provide excellent client service and workforce management solutions.

Natalie Dugger completed their high school education at Jenks High School from 1994 to 1998, obtaining a diploma. From 1998 to 2001, they attended Northeastern State University, although their degree name and field of study are not specified. In addition to their formal education, Natalie has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. These include "Leading Strategically" in July 2023, "Communicating Across Cultures" in June 2023, and "Managing Anxiety in the Workplace" in April 2022.
