Joseph Leiva, PE

Joseph Leiva, PE has extensive experience in the construction industry. Joseph began their career in 2005 as a Project Engineer and Project Manager at L & L Construction Assoc., Inc., where they co-administered several heavy civil subcontract projects and administered, managed and supervised the successful completion of $20mm+ of subcontract work across $7B+ in infrastructure projects. In 2015, they co-founded ProTrakr, Inc., a company that provides technology solutions for subcontractors in the construction space. In 2017, they co-founded Kaster, a communication platform built to solve the phone, email, and text chaos on construction projects.

Joseph Leiva, PE holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. Joseph also holds a Professional Engineer certification from the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation, which they obtained in January 2010.
