Kate Beachus

Kate Beachus is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in people and organizational development across the higher education and public sectors. Currently serving as the Head of People at Targeted Provision since June 2023, Kate previously held the position of Head of People and Organisational Development at the Higher Education Statistics Agency from March 2017 to July 2023. In this role, Kate was instrumental in shaping HR strategy for a data organization influencing central government policies. Kate's earlier experiences include serving as Change Manager/HR&OD Manager and Interim Head of People and Organisational Development at the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education, where key contributions were made towards transformational improvements and the delivery of high-quality services. Additionally, Kate worked as a Senior HR Adviser at the University of Gloucestershire, managing HR casework and policy development. Kate holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
