Lars Goebel has extensive experience in human resources and development, currently serving as Bereichsdirektor for Development & Engagement and HR Lernen & Entwicklung at TARGOBANK since March 2010, with a focus on training, personnel management, and marketing. Prior to TARGOBANK, Lars held the position of Leiter Personalentwicklung at Metro Group Buying International from January 2008 to June 2009 and various roles at Citibank from July 1999 to December 2007, including Auszubildendencoach and Senior Personalentwickler. Lars Goebel holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from RWTH Aachen University (1997-1999), a Vordiplom in Psychology from the University of Düsseldorf (1992-1994), and a qualification as Bankkaufmann from Deutsche Bank Neuss (1988-1990).
