We build digital products, cloud architectures and AI solutions for companies that want more than colourful bullet points. Since 2009 we have accompanied clients from strategy to production.

Our work follows three steps.

DREAM. Clarity before you write code. AI strategy, AWS cloud strategy, stakeholder workshops and prototyping in two weeks.

BUILD. We build what we recommend. AWS cloud architectures, generative AI on Bedrock, native Apple apps for iOS, macOS and visionOS as well as web applications with Next.js.

GROW. Where strategy meets execution. Interim CTO/CTPO, solution architecture, DevSecOps and scaling up to investor readiness.

Current focus areas are AWS, generative AI with Anthropic Claude, IoT and Connected Services. Three AWS certifications including Generative AI Developer Professional and AI Practitioner. Harvard certificate in Cybersecurity.

Anne Tari, our virtual assistant on tarienna.eu, is both an in-house application and a reference project. She runs on AWS Bedrock with Claude Haiku, protected by Bedrock Guardrails and WAF, is GDPR-compliant and prepared for the EU AI Act. Architecture and security are fully documented.

What sets us apart:

We are a GmbH with employees and therefore contractually flexible, eligible even for tenders that exclude solo freelancers.

Mark Joachim has been a lecturer at DHBW Ravensburg since 2016 (Cloud Computing, IoT, AI, Web Engineering, Mobile Data Processing). Anyone who can teach a topic can also bring it to the point in a stakeholder workshop.

Structured prioritisation, consistent follow-through and honest communication, even when the message is uncomfortable.

Location: Friedrichshafen, Lake Constance, Germany. Remote work is possible.
