Founded by former ballerina and now teaching dance artist, Jia Xi Lee, who places equal importance on the artistic and scientific pursuit of dance. Tarinao, meaning “dance now”, was born to pioneer the use of the biopsychosocial approach in teaching, learning, and the creative process of dance. With its two arms in education and creation, Tarinao aims to fill the gaps in the ecosystem of dance as a resource hub offering the latest evidence-based information in science, pedagogy, and performance optimisation with diversity, equity, and inclusion at the core of our programmes.
