Alisha Eilers

Alisha Eilers is the Director of Environmental, Health & Safety for North America at Tarkett since August 2022, where Eilers leads EHS strategy, significantly reducing incidents and increasing safety compliance across multiple locations. With a comprehensive background in safety and ergonomics, Eilers has also served as Owner/Consultant/Educator at ACE Consulting EHS since 2002 and as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Dayton since 1997. Previous roles include Segment Safety Leader at ITW Food Equipment Group, Plant Safety Manager at SunCoke Energy, and Safety Manager at Appleton, among others, demonstrating expertise in leading safety initiatives across various industries. Eilers holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering from the University of Dayton.
