Dylan Tarr, P.E. is a civil engineer with extensive experience in real estate development, site engineering, and construction. As President of Tarr Group, LLC since October 2016, Dylan provides unique insights for real estate projects. Prior roles include Development Director at Mainstreet, overseeing all phases of development from market identification to execution, and Project Manager at Gresham, Smith and Partners, where Dylan managed a high-volume retail program that delivered approximately 80 projects annually. Earlier experience includes serving as a Construction Engineer at Southeastern Building Corporation and an Engineering Intern at both Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon, Inc. and Walsh Construction. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, earned in 2004.
