Jen Deters

Jen Deters currently serves as the Director of Global People Operations at Tarro, a company focused on enhancing restaurant operations through technology. Prior to this role, Jen was the Director of People Operations & Talent Management at Reforge, where the focus was on empowering tech practitioners to achieve impactful results. Jen has significant experience in leadership and employee engagement from a previous position as VP of People at Inspire and has held various roles in talent management and human resources at The Wonderful Company and Activision Blizzard. Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Metro State University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul.
