Our London based headquarters based in the heart of Canary Wharf, ensure the necessary communication and travel networks are available to provide a timely and high quality service to both our clients and candidates.

Tarson also has dedicated consultants for specific regions throughout the UK. This ensures that they not only take the time to get to know the office environment and specific needs of each regional office, they are also able to effectively identify the best town planners within that region.

The Tarson Directors have always believed in the philosophy that there are no hidden secrets to being a top recruiter. Our aim is to simply work on a personal and completely honest level, building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, and subsequently developing a comprehensive understanding of our client’s culture and objectives.

Behind closed doors the Tarson team is constantly taking the time to conduct research assignments and keep up to date with the Town Planning market across the UK. These may seem like simple things, but they are in fact the vital components that simply make it work.

Our dedicated team consists of consultants from a variety of backgrounds; some have joined as graduates who have organically grown into fantastic recruitment specialists, others have come from multi-nationals with rigid training and corporate structures.
