Throughout their career, Mark has successfully partnered with CEOs and Boards of Directors to drive long-term success and operational efficiency across various enterprises. They have held key roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Flexia Payments and FedBid, where they were instrumental in raising substantial equity and debt financing. Mark is also the founder of Costanzo Consulting, L.L.C., and serves as CFO at MVB Ventures, Inc. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Montclair State University.
