Lee holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and has served in various roles, including Talent Acquisition Delivery Leader at Korn Ferry and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Lourdes University. They are committed to incorporating behavioral economics into recruitment practices and are recognized for optimizing hiring processes.
