Currently serving as Chief of Operations & Data at TARYA since 2017, Liav is responsible for reconstructing operational processes and implementing data strategies to support company growth. Previous roles include VP of Business Development and Innovation at TARYA, where Liav established growth engines and an ESG strategy, and COO, focusing on significant business and financial expansion. Additional experience includes Directorship at EveryMatch International LTD, senior program management at Elbit Systems Ltd, and financial control roles in other organizations, alongside foundational business consulting experience. Liav holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The College of Management Academic Studies.
