Don Morton

Don brings a wealth of experience to the TFT team, from his beginnings sweeping floors in the family business as a toddler to his most recent success as the President of Madison’s Reelcraft business. Don’s team building, roll up your sleeves attitude and unwavering commitment to his team are strengths he will bring to the team at TFT.

Don began his career in his family’s business outside of Cleveland. After graduating, Don started his professional career with Boeing’s military aviation business. Later, he would spend several years back in Cleveland with Parker Hannifin, before joining the Madison family in 2018 at Reelcraft. Don holds both an undergraduate and Master’s degree from Washington University.
