Devang Selani began their career in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative with Zenta, working in the Credit Card Acquisition process selling Credit Cards. Devang then moved to Bank-One Acquisition Process as part of a Pilot Process and was responsible for acquiring new Credit Card customers and maintaining Quality standards. In addition, they mentored new joinees. In 2011, they joined Hutchsion 3 Global Services (H3GS) as a Team Leader - Operations, managing a Team involved in Risk mitigation for Vodafone Australia in Unbilled category and streamlining processes to effectively mitigate Risk. In 2013, Devang Selani founded Task Papa, where they focused on building a Team culture that strived to help clients in the most efficient and effective way, providing an environment to help upgrade employees at a professional level, and continuously improving delivery standards.
Devang Selani completed a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Mumbai University Mumbai between 2008 and 2011. Devang then pursued a Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from Welingkar Institute of Management between 2011 and 2013.
