James Lee is an experienced technical professional with a diverse background in technical support and account management. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager and previously as a Technical Support Desk Manager at TASK since August 2018, James has honed skills in customer support at various technical levels. Prior experience includes I.T Lead at Boarders Inc, where responsibilities included website design, server administration, and technical support, as well as a brief role as a Special Effects Assistant for the TV production "Banished". James began a career in industrial fabric welding at Heelio Screen Sun Solutions and holds a Certificate IV in Programming from TAFE NSW, complementing a foundational education from Davidson High School.
