Jen Epstein's work experience begins in 2010 when they founded their own company, Pixel Party, specializing in art direction, design, and animation. Jen worked with clients such as Showtime, Ray-Ban, and Starbucks, receiving recognition for their projects. From 2010 to 2017, they also worked as a freelance designer and animator for Logo/MTV Networks.
In 2012, Jen worked as a freelance senior designer and animator for Showtime Networks Inc. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a freelance art director, designer, and animator for Blue State Digital.
In 2016, Jen had several freelance roles as a designer and animator for companies such as Natural Resources Defense Council, Rubin Museum of Art, and AnalogFolk.
In 2017, Jen joined MTV as the Director of Motion, leading a team of animators and creating on-air and digital campaigns for various shows. Jen then transitioned to Showtime Networks Inc. in 2017 as an Art Director until 2020.
Currently, Jen is the Head of Design at TaskForce, where they oversee a team of eight staff members and over 100 freelancers. Jen has grown the department and created systems for production, live shoots, design, and animation. Additionally, they creatively direct various content including copywriting, AR lenses, gifs, stickers, and marketing collateral.
Jen Epstein received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Animation from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Jen was enrolled in the college from 2003 to 2007.
