Daniel Smith is an entrepreneur and attorney who co-owns Taskforce BPO and serves as president of Fourth Creek Capital, a commercial real estate development firm. With previous experience as a summer law clerk at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, Daniel has also held roles as a chief manager at Smith-Lindsey Development LLC and project manager at NSA. Daniel served as a platoon leader in the U.S. Army from 2007 to 2010 and earned a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law after obtaining a degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
