Mila Bojcheva has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2017, they interned at the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts as a Project Intern. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Data Administrator at Medical Outsourcing, where they were responsible for tasks such as preparing hearing schedules and gathering necessary documents for legal cases. In 2019, Mila began working as a Proofreader for the Macedonian language as a self-employed individual. Then, in 2019, they joined Taskforce as a Logistics Associate, before progressing to become a Logistics Team Leader in 2020 and later transitioning to the role of Logistics CSO Manager in 2022.
Mila Bojcheva received a Bachelor's degree in Macedonian language and South Slavic languages from the Faculty of Philology "Blaze Koneski" from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a "Praven Technichar" degree from СЕПУГС, "Vasil Antevski-Dren" from 2010 to 2014. Mila also holds multiple additional certifications, including a Graduate and Executive Education certification from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee in 2022 and Leadership Development Training from THRIVITY in the same year. Some of their other certifications include Oracle Production Course from Niagara Bottling in 2021, Oracle and Manhattan Warehouse Systems Training in 2020, Proofreader certification from the Ministry of Education and Science of Macedonia in 2019, and Skills for Success certification from Motiva-management education and training in 2018. Additionally, they attended the "Devettinauchen sibir na mladi makedonisti" forum at the Faculty of Philology "Blaze Koneski" in 2016 and the Macedonia Youth to Business Forum organized by AIESEC in 2015.
