Laura started their career at Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry Company, where they worked as a Researcher specializing in the lifesciences market. Their responsibilities included search strategy definition, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting interviews. Laura then joined TRANSEARCH as an Associate Life Sciences, where they continued to specialize in retained executive search. In this role, they contributed to many senior executive search assignments. Laura later became a Consultant at TRANSEARCH, further expanding their expertise in executive search.

In 2017, Laura joined Kilpatrick as a Senior Consultant. Kilpatrick is an international executive search company with a reputation for providing exceptional talents and innovative HR services. Currently, Laura is employed at Taskforce, a Kilpatrick Group Company, as a Client Director. Taskforce combines HR expertise and digital tools to deliver exceptional recruiting experiences for clients.
