Palina Koval

Palina Koval's work experience starts in 2011 as a teacher in German and English at Gymnasium Nr.5. In 2014, they completed an internship at Deutschinstitut Integra. In 2015, they had a human resources internship at IKEA Group. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Administrator and later as a Local Marketing Assistant at IKEA Group. In 2019, they joined Altium® as an HR-Generalist EMEA & Recruiter. Currently, since April 2021, Palina is the Head of HR at TASKING.

Palina Koval obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Intercultural Communication & European Studies from Hochschule Fulda from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Brest State A.S. Pushkin University from 2006 to 2011, earning a Master's degree from the Faculty of Foreign Languages. Additionally, Palina has acquired three additional certifications throughout their career: "Projektmanagement für HR" from Haufe Akademie in February 2023, "Managing Talent" from Coursera in December 2018, and "Fundamentals of Human Resources" from Alison Advance Learning in February 2015.
