Nicholas Trueb has a diverse background in operations and client management, having held several key positions across multiple companies. At Maitland from August 2017 to September 2019, Nicholas served as Manager - Operations with responsibilities in data integration, reporting oversight, compliance, and process automation. Following that, Nicholas's roles included various managerial and specialist positions at Xceptor from March 2021 to April 2025, focusing on client success, account management, and operational efficiency through CRM implementation and revenue operations automation. Currently, Nicholas holds the position of Global Head of Client Experience at Taskize, leading the Account Management and Customer Success functions strategically.
