Alana Schroeder

Alana Schroeder is an experienced mixed methods UX researcher currently serving as Lead UX Researcher at Taskrabbit since October 2019, following roles as Senior UX Researcher and UX Researcher. Prior experience includes a position as a UX Researcher at Instapage, where Alana focused on user needs and pain points, and work at University of Utah Health, where Alana specialized in UX research, analytics, and content strategy for patient-facing digital platforms. Alana also operated as a freelance consultant, collaborating with various organizations on UX and product strategy. Previous roles include graduate instructor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and internships with the ACLU of Utah and the National Endowment for the Humanities. Alana holds an MA in Human & Community Development from the University of Illinois and a BA from the University of Utah, currently pursuing an MS in Behavioral Science at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
