Kelli Schultz

Kelli Mills currently serves as the People Experience Manager at Taskrabbit, a role established in June 2019 that focuses on fostering a remote-first culture and supporting employee growth through various initiatives, including onboarding, inclusion, and leadership training. Previously, Kelli held multiple positions at Homebase, including Senior Learning & Development Specialist and People Operations Partner, before becoming the People Operations & Facilities Manager. Kelli's early career includes a contract role with The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History, where coordination of educational programs for Title I students was facilitated. Additionally, Kelli has significant experience in education, having served as Activities Director and History & Theater Educator at Richmond High School, along with a commitment as a Teach For America Corps Member. Kelli graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies and Theater and Dance.
