Marianne has advised senior leaders on strategic partnerships, product integrations, privacy and data security, marketing and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining TaskRabbit, Marianne was the Legal Counsel - Strategic Partnerships & Marketing at StubHub, where they provided legal advice with an emphasis on strategic commercial transactions, compliance and intellectual property. Marianne has also served as the Director, Corporate Counsel at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, where they provided legal advice with an emphasis on complex commercial transactions, dispute resolution, marketing compliance and intellectual property. Marianne began their career as a Corporate Governance Paralegal at Dignity Health fka Catholic Healthcare West.
