Rich Heffernan

Rich Heffernan is an experienced professional in customer success and recruitment, currently serving as the Customer Success Manager for the UK at TaskRabbit since June 2022. Prior to this role, Rich held various positions at Uber from April 2017 to June 2022, including Greenlight Hub Expert II and Greenlight Hub Expert. In early 2017, Rich worked as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Hamilton George Recruitment.
