Adrian Botha

Adrian Botha has a diverse work experience in the field of GIS and software development. Adrian started their career as a Tutor at the University of Pretoria in 2014 and worked there until 2016. In 2016, Adrian interned at TomTom Africa where they gained hands-on experience with GIS tasks such as digitising road networks and Python scripting. Adrian then joined Spatial Intelligence in 2017 as a GIS Consultant, where they worked on various projects in the surveying sector, utilizing SQL Server, ArcMap, and Python scripting for data collection and dissemination. In 2019, Adrian joined TASKSUITE as a Software Developer and later transitioned to the role of Head of Custom Development in November 2021.

Adrian Botha attended Pretoria Boys High School from 2006 to 2010. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geoinformatics from 2014 to 2016. Adrian pursued further education at the same university and earned a Bsc Honours degree in Geoinformatics in 2017.
