John Tope

John Tope is an experienced Field Engineer currently working at TasNetworks since February 2023, specializing in EHV substations as part of the Field Engineering and Support Team. Prior to this role, John served as a Graduate Electrical Engineer within the North West Transmission Development team at TasNetworks and completed a summer vacation position focused on Network Performance. John's background includes various educational and extracurricular roles, including serving as President of the UTas Engineering Society, where leadership skills were demonstrated by organizing large events, and as a PASS Leader at the University of Tasmania, supporting student retention.
