Michael Sheppard began their work experience in 2006 as a Hostess/Lead Hostess at Daniel's Broiler on South Lake Union. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an Account Executive at BizXchange. In 2011, they joined zulily as an Assistant Buyer - Kids and later held positions as a Trainer, Assistant Product Merchandiser, and Merchandising Training & Internal Communications Specialist. At Uber, they worked as a Regional Community Operations Manager from 2015 to 2016, then served as a Sr. Program Specialist: Support Business Partner - West Coast from 2016 to 2018, and later as a Sr. Central Ops Manager - Airports from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Uber Health Program Manager. Currently, they are working at Tasso, Inc. as a Product Manager - Tasso Care since 2020, and recently transitioned to the role of Director of Services Operations in December 2021.
