Andreas H.

Andreas H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andreas started their career at UPC, working as a Kundekonsulent from 2005 to 2006. Andreas then transitioned to Aktiv-Finans, where they worked as a Stock Broker from August 2006 to February 2007. Andreas then joined Tele 2 Norge as a Project Accountant in 2007.

In 2007, Andreas H. joined Itera Consulting Group as a Controller/Management Accountant, where they focused on providing IT consultancy services in areas such as financial advice solutions, customer relationships, human resources, business intelligence, knowledge management & collaboration, and custom solutions. Andreas worked there until October 2008.

From 2008 to 2010, Andreas worked at Aschehoug, first as a Project Accountant and later as a Group Business Controller. In these roles, they were responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and cost control systems. Andreas also led M&A evaluations, resulting in the acquisition and implementation of three organizations, adding significant revenue to the company.

From 2014 to 2018, Andreas worked at Penguin Books Ltd as part of their Commercial and Corporate Finance team. Andreas led the execution and implementation of strategy and M&A activity, resulting in additional investments and increased earnings for each division.

In 2018, Andreas H. joined Farmdrop as the Chief Financial Officer. Andreas also took on the role of Director Commercial Finance before transitioning to their CFO position. Andreas worked there until January 2022.

Currently, Andreas H. holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Taster, a role they assumed in July 2022. Andreas also previously served as the Chief Financial Officer from January 2022 to September 2022.

Throughout their career, Andreas has demonstrated expertise in finance, strategy, M&A, stakeholder management, and project implementation.

Andreas H. completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Law at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2009 to 2011. Andreas then pursued a Bachelor of Business and Administration (BBA) degree in Business/Managerial Economics at BI Norwegian Business School from 2003 to 2006. Later on, they attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2015 to 2018.

Additionally, Andreas has a certification in ILM Level 5 from The Institute of Leadership & Management, although the specific month and year of attainment are not provided.
