Hunter Lu currently serves as the Features Editor at Tasting Table, responsible for editing and fact-checking articles while providing editorial feedback to writers. Previously, Hunter worked as a Features Writer for The Manual, where engaging recipe content and profiles of prominent chefs were authored. As a freelance writer, Hunter has contributed to notable publications and developed marketing content for various brands. Additionally, Hunter has participated in the 2022 11th Hour Food and Farming Journalism Fellowship at UC Berkeley and held positions in copywriting, program coordination, and military intelligence. Hunter holds a Master’s Degree in Food Studies from NYU and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from UC Berkeley.
