Matthew Ma is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Vice President of International TX Product, Engineering, and Cable Planning at Tata Communications. They previously held the position of Vice President of Transport Network and Service Engineering at Tata Communications, where they managed extensive annual expenditures and led a global team. Earlier in their career, they served as Director of Network Engineering and Director of System Engineering and Product Management at Tyco Telecommunications, contributing to the development of subsea network technologies. Matthew earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
