Ruchika is currently the Lead of Strategy and Planning at Tata Digital since April 2022, following a tenure as Engagement Manager at Accenture Strategy from June 2016 to March 2022, where responsibilities included eCommerce sales acceleration for major FMCG clients and designing customer value propositions. Prior experience includes a role as Summer Associate at The Boston Consulting Group in 2015, where Ruchika identified significant cost savings for a QSR chain and conducted analyses to assess product impact. Ruchika holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an MBA from KEDGE Business School.
