Saravanan Bala has extensive experience in the engineering field, with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SRM University, completed in 2014. Saravanan began as a TPM Trainee at Rane Trw Steering Systems Limited in the Heat treatment shop from November 2004 to April 2007. After that, Saravanan worked as a Deputy Engineer at Rane Engine Valve Ltd from May 2008 to January 2010 and gained significant experience as a Maintenance Associate Engineer at Ford Motor Company from January 2010 to October 2022. In early 2023, Saravanan held a position as a Senior Engineer at Dana Incorporated before taking on the role of Assistant Manager at Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in June 2023.
