Shailesh Redkar

Shailesh Redkar is currently the Vice President at Tata Electronics, bringing over 30 years of experience in Semiconductor Fab startups. They have successfully transformed IDMs into foundries and managed key customer accounts while overseeing revenue responsibilities and operations across various technology nodes. Shailesh held leadership roles at prominent companies such as Philips Research Laboratory, Freescale Semiconductor, and GLOBALFOUNDRIES, demonstrating expertise in project planning, supply chain logistics, and customer quality management. They earned a Master's degree in Materials Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
