Vasanthi Naidu

Vasanthi Naidu is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades, primarily in talent acquisition and HR leadership roles. At Intel Corporation from August 2005 to June 2019, Vasanthi served as Human Resources Director, overseeing HR strategies across various business groups, and previously as Director of Talent Acquisition, focusing on quality hiring and stakeholder engagement. Following tenure at Genpact as Global Talent Acquisition Director, Vasanthi held the position of Vice President at GreyOrange, managing global talent fulfillment and employer branding across multiple regions. Currently, Vasanthi serves as Plant HR Head at Tata Electronics, having previously held the role of General Manager - Business HR within the same company.
