Ashish is currently a Lead Engineer at Tata Power, where they have been responsible for the operation, maintenance, commissioning, and management of electrical networks and switchgear up to 11kV since 2019. They focus on enhancing consumer satisfaction through effective network planning, vendor management, and revenue recovery, while also possessing expertise in GIS technology, SCADA, and various SAP modules. Previously, Ashish worked as a Summer Trainee with Indian Railways, gaining foundational knowledge in electrical locomotive operations. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Nagpur University and have also enrolled in a Diploma program in Electrical Engineering at Government Polytechnic Nagpur.
