SURENDER KUMAR

Surender Kumar is currently the Zonal Head at TATA POWER Skill Development Institute, where they have trained over 35,000 individuals in technical skills, bridging the gap between academia and industry. With a strong background in project management, they previously worked as a Manager at Coastal Gujarat Power Limited, overseeing construction activities for a 4000MW power plant, and held various roles at Larsen & Toubro for over a decade. Surender holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance from BITS Pilani. They are dedicated to transforming lives through mentoring and coaching, and are associated with Brahma Kumaris, embracing spirituality as a guiding principle.
