Demi Nguyen

Demi Nguyen has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Camden Center since April 2018, overseeing onboarding, training, benefits management, and payroll administration for over 200 employees. Prior roles include Operations Manager, where Demi collaborated with senior leadership to develop systems, and Administrative Assistant, leading a scheduling team during the transition to telehealth. Experience at Forever 21 as Lead of Service of Operations involved sales strategy development and staff training. Demi's involvement in various organizations, including the Vietnamese Student Union Modern, showcases leadership and choreography skills, while earlier internships at Yoobi and Universal Studios Hollywood focused on marketing and brand promotion. Demi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
